Still hassling after 1month (directed at PRIMECURE

I received an account from my Dr's rooms with an outstanding amount that wasn't paid. when i phoned Primecure after been chucked back & forth a Kind man Edwin informed me that my son is not on the dr rooms (which i've been on since i've had the medical aid since 2009) which is why the claims where rejected. so on the 18th/12/13 Edwin helped me change the dr to the correct dr rooms.

now my issue still with this account thats outstanding. my son who was born 26 december, they were not shy of taking the full december amount off my acc. now when we joined we always got documents sent to us asking for which dr rooms etc, however they never done that with my son & assuming im at my dr rooms would assume he would be with them too however he's on the system under a dr room im not even aware of. now i would like to understand how that is even possible that myself & my husband are on the same dr yet my 1 year old son isnt?

i've explained this to the supervisor Phuti, but says its a bestmed issue but bestmed informed me its definately primecures issue as they deal mostly with specialists. great. phoned primecure again & left several messages for Phuti & manager Jeremy & still no reply!
