Vitality points STILL NOT REFLECTING!!!

I attended a Wellness day at work on 3 Dec 2013. I did all the tests: HIV, blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, height, BMI, waist circumference. I received points only for the HIV test.

I logged a call (ref 3144207073) on Monday 6 Jan 2014 to have this fixed. I was told that Vitality would sort this in 3 to 5 days. Nothing has been updated as of now (14 Jan 2014).

I spoke to a lady in the call centre again yesterday (13 Jan 2014) to ask again to please allocate me the points due to me for last year.

I've sent through the proof of the tests that I did, all there in black and white for you to see.

I ask you now, what must I do to get the points that I should have gotten for last year, allocated to my Vitality?
Is there an extra fee I have to pay for you guys to do this?
Is hellopeter the only way to get anything out of Vitality?
Must I rather come to your Sandton office to see a human in person instead of talking to unhelpful call centres?

Please let me know how I can convince Vitality to do their (your) normal day to day work. I am desperate.
