I initially logged a claim with Discovery for Hail Damage, in November 2012, After numerous follow up's I eventually got a booking with Bredren Auto Body in Mid Feb, booked the vehicle in and received it back on the 28th of Feb, with the repairs incomplete!
I escalated to Discovery that the repairs were incomplete, and I am STILL getting the run around. I have been called by two different assessors from Discovery - the last (Lovemore) on the 14/03 - both of whom promised to have this resolved to no joy. I called in on the 26/03 to escalate, spoke to Yeshika, and was promised a call back from Mpho that day which never materialised. I then called Mpho on the 27/03 and requested to speak to a supervisor/manager. Again I was promised a call back as manager/supervisor was unavailable - this has also not materialised.
I'm quite fed up. Discovery's service is great in patches (dealing with Nirosh on Home insurance and he was stellar) but in others it is horrible beyond belief.
