I lodged a query with Christine Schoombe on 11 Jan 2013, IO was assured someone would get back to me in 48hrs - nobody did.
I then lodged another query with Lewellyn on 01 February 2013, I was assured by him that he would call me back before the end of the day - he didn't
I called this morning and went through the query for the third time - This time I asked to speak to a manager. After a 27 min call (20 mins of which were spent listening to hold music) I spoke to Sean Shange the manager - he promised me a call in 5 minutes - He hasn't honoured his promise.
I'm still in the dark and out of pocket due to Discovery Health's Poor Management of my query!
How does a person get the Discovery Health Call Centre to Respond?
