I recently had to fetch something from the hotel which had been left at Reception by a hotel guest. I collected the item from Lunga and was incredibly impressed by my interaction with him. He was very polite, extremely efficient, friendly and professional. He displayed great attention to detail and is truly an asset to Holiday Inn. I was left with a great impression of the hotel. In fact, he made such a good impression on me that I have taken the time to write this report - even though I only interacted with him for a few minutes.
