I've always used Sec-Savers for all my spec needs, but never have I thought I would feel so humiliated in my whole life. The person behind the counter looked at me like I was something the cat dragged in, asked me abruptly what I wanted, no good day sir, smile or friendly face. I wanted to confirm an appointed, was told with attitude it was three hours earlier when I knew it was not, rolled her eyes with attitude. I told her to cancel it and leave the shop, I will not use Spec-Savers again, I've used them for my last five pairs, but bye Spec-Savers and stuff all your deals and promotions.
