Disappointing service for top notch suite

We booked in a 2bedroom suite from January 4-11 this year but checked out the next morning due to poor services. Firstly check in time is at 15hrs, we arrived at 15:20 and had to wait 20minutes as the suite was still being cleaned. When we got there none of the lamp shades were working, the fridge wasn't working, hand shower broken/leaking and worst of all the air conditioning system was out. I requested a baby cot which they forget to set up and I had to ask for it; it came within 30minutes. Being with a 4year old n an 11month old baby who was teething the heat was unbearable! We requested fans but none were available. My husband requested another suite but they were fully booked; expected for peak time. We ended up 'sleeping' in the lounge area with the door open but it was hopeless. The manager wasn't available till the next morning. I emailed her early Sunday morning coz I never slept and went to complain to her in person by 7:30 that morning. Rooms were only available from Monday even tho she emailed later that morning to say she can accommodate us.By then we found other accommodation. This establishment requires serious attention n better management. We were fully refunded
