On 23/3 we placed an order for a lounge suite. Payment was made on 24/3 and delivery took place on 26/3.
The lounge suite piece (3 seater) did not fit properly. We requested that it be replaced.
A new one was brought but the same problem. Once again we requetesd for it to be changed.
The delivery guy came with a totally different colour. We returned it.
On 11/6 the driver was ready to deliver after 5.30 pm. I refused.
Was promised that my order will be dispatched first thing in the morning on 12/6. Entire day nothing happened. After heated words with Derick (manager at Woodmead) he assured to call my wife on 13/6 at 10am to confirm. No call from him. He promised to have the lounge suite delivered by 5pm on 13/6. To this time 16.46pm nothing has arrived.
Derick /Sarah like passing the buck, no reponsibility. I left a message for the area sales manager (Wayne) to call me, no such luck.
Service is hopeless, no accountability. Please stay away from Rochester Woodmead, BAD NEWS.
