After clearly stated that I am done struggling with the lack of service from Optipharm last month. I deliberately did not renew my prescription with them.
However. Once again they claimed my medication from discovery for ANOTHER month without my concent. Making it impossible for me to get my medicine else where.
I demand you to cancel this claim immediately. I am tired of your SERVICE!
I will raise this issue with discovery as well.
