After forcing all key care clients with chronic medication to use Optipharm as supplier, I have had nothing but grief. With my previous prescription with Optipharm, it was a complete nightmare just to get them to deliver my medication on time.
After bringing this issue to bot discovery as well as Optipharm, I informed both parties that I WILL NOT USE OPTIPHARM AS A SUPPLIER AGAIN!
Now, without a new prescription, Optipharm continues to claim medicine on my behalf. Stopping me from using another supplier.
I demand discovery to sort their out for once!!! WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR AFTER ALL??
