On saturday night 14 September 2013 at 21:07, i pressed my panic button twice as i needed assist.
i didnt even receive a single call from Altech, ive been with them and paying for almost a year and the one time i need help i dnt even receive it. So on sunday night 15 Sep 2013 I pressed the stupid thing again, and guess what 10 min later i receive a call and i told them wat happend on sat night and they checked their system and he could see that they received the panic signal on their side but it was closed without even calling me to check if im fine and my car.
i actually want this stupid thing which is not working because my life is at risk even if i press it, taken out of my car, if this thing is working fine someone at Altech must take the resposibility for ignoring my signal when i needed help, i really dnt care what happens but something must be done.
i was in trouble and i want to be compensated for that as im told this thing is working and im begining to think its not...
