Changed fine print after purchase and no refund

I bought a Groupon for golf at Eagle Canyon for any time before April on Tuesday morning. I specifically checked the fine print to see whether the Groupon can be booked for any day of the week.

I phoned Eagle Canyon later that morning to book, and they informed me that the Groupon is only valid for Tuesdays to Fridays. I told them that this was not specified in the fine print, and they said that it was Groupon's mistake as they made the conditions clear, and that I would need to get a refund from Groupon.

I tried to phone Groupon, but the waiting queue never got shorter, so I sent a mail to the support team explaining the situation.

On Wednesday I received a condescending email form n Nirmal, stating that they would not give me refund, as this condition was clearly stated in the Fine print. It also told me to check the fine print in future in order to avoid mistakes!!

Fortunately I made a print screen of the Groupon I bought on the Tuesday, and the Fine Print had been changed to include the sentence and they to me about it!

After replying with this info I have not received any word or my refund. The call centre is still a nogo
