Groupon has been saying they will refund me for 2months and i have called a total of 25times to get my refund but every time i call they give me some story and tell me the refund will be processed and then proceed to send me an email saying a refund is being processed but nothing ever happens.
Everytime i call the consultant doesn't know what I'm talking about and i get another email saying the same thing and i call again and receive the same story!
i just want my refund and to be done with groupon
