On the 14.09.13 I called the sabc tv licence call centre and spoken to Megan to advise that I had made an excess payment of R635. She requested I send through pop and bankstatement which was emailed @ 2:04 on the 14.09.13. I called in a few weeks later and was advised by a male agent that the refund was released for payment within the next few days. Today (14.11.13) I called in and spoke to rose who advised thshe will need to send the documents in and it will take 6 weeks for the refund. It is now 3 months later and no refund was processed. I am now told an urgent refund will be processed which will take 2 weeks. I am sorry but I feel this kind of service is disgusting. As a call center you should provide feedback to your customers. I would like the money reflecting in my account within 48 hours.
