No service for diabetics

I am a diabetic type 2 (insulin dependent) my glucometer has just stopped working something wrong with the electronics, I have phoned them to try to get a new one, needles to say walk into a brick wall, They are very quickly to say we want the best for your health and care for chronic patients, no one can help me to get a new machine I have always bought my own. And now that I need one urgently they got a lot of red tape, If I get a better medical aid I will definitely leave discovery. Real bad medical aid discovery.!!! chronic benefits stinks.
