I went for blood tests on 4 Oct-13, my medical aid paid their portion and i paid the outstanding balance on the 02 Dec-13 and e-mailed proof to call centre.
On the 07 Jan-14 i received a statement reflecting that the payment was made, but on the same day, there was a debit of the same amount, like a payment was reversed. i contacted the call centre and spoke to Aydin Erasmus and sent him my proof of payment, he promised to give me feedback. I e-mailed him on the 9th but still no feedback. in the mean time i keep on getting the smses reminding me that i should pay within 7 days. This makes me feel like i am threatened and i am treated like a bad payer, which might affect my credit record in the future.
please someone, give me an explanation of the allocation of the funds i deposited into your account.
