Phoned to get info on available accomodation at a particular place of stay. the attitude and unfriendly service which was given by Hester as if its too much trouble to help. The rule is that the booking only opens a week prior to you to able to book a place. My argument is if that are the rules please take contact details and names and return the info required by the customer so the customer can book the accomodation. To have a booking only open a week prior to your departure to your accomodation is atrotious. This leaves the customer a last minute to sort it out. Phoned the opposition and friendly, quick service and booked accomodation. Will not recommend to anyone Parsons Letting and obviously wont use them again. The booking is only for the end of Feb.
