This is probably the 3rd Time i have a complaint with The Holiday Club. Everytime I call to try make a booking which everyone knows is virtually IMPOSSIBLE. I get shot down normally its, we dont have accomodation for you, or its holiday season its going to cost you 2 years points for a week! They make it impossible for bookings so that you dont book and so that you waste your money on nothing. Last time I complained a dedicated person called me and promised me better assistance and tips on how to get accomodation/ Tip one book in advance but mo earlier than 6 months and no later? So what date would that be? Took her advise and called in a day before my 6 months from departure date and guess what... no accomodation... funny that!!! Now I called in and I was told that thier system has changed and that they can not help me if I am not the main memeber. But this is a family trust... so they wouldnt assist me... so if there was anything available its probably gone now, but my guess is there is nothing available anyway! Thanks HC! You guys are great - you take the Dream out of holiday and replace it with Anger! Speak to people around me I am not the only happy with HC!!!
