I booked online for this coming weekend 10August 2013 at The. LODGE ACCOMODATION I paid 600 deposit via EFT. I've been trying to call this place but the number is forever on voicemail. I don't know how many times I called safarinow telling them about this problem and they are not helpfull at all instead they want road charge me foe cancellation for something that is their fault. I have suggested tht they book me somewhere else n I'm even willing to pay the difference but they insist on charging me foe cancellation. I'm only left with 2days before I travel to Durban with no accomodation n no money. Safarinow has been very unprofessional n unhelpful. My R600 is gone to safarInow n I hv no accomodation n no money to book.
