I only landed at this place due to a Groupon voucher.
Booking made, I pitched on the day they told me I was supposed to be there earlier. They got the time wrong. Luckily they could help me.
I gave them my voucher ref nr & they wanted the printed voucher (it saying on voucher that you can give the ref nr only)
They did not look like they wanted to work & spoke in their native language to each other, ignoring my questions.
The girl has done waxing for 2 months and did not give me any directions at all
Took her 45 minutes to do the front of my legs (others do entire job in 20-30 minutes) By the time she got to the back part of my legs, she did a hush job & missed spots. I had to fix what she did.
She messed wax on the bed as well as the floor during treatment.
Another girl sat in the same room and talked to her in their native language. This was unprofessional as she ignored me.
Door not closed. Man entered reception and other girl left. Door was still left open despite the two of them directly outside at the reception area.
I am glad that was not my first time waxing experience, because if it was then it would've been the last.
