Worst Mistake using Safarinow to book holiday

3 months ago we booked our holidays through SafariNow in Cape Town, the place we booked Bayview Heights burnt down on Sunday, The people at the accomodation called us the next to say that they will be refunding us our money and will give us free holiday, What happens to our December holidays?
I called SafariNow and complaint, the reason why we booked through them is to avoid issues like this, from the time we complaint I only received 1 phone call, i had to call in evertime to find out whats happening. Now they want to book us in a Back Packer place, yet we paid for a flat on Sea point with a view of the ocean.
Now we sit and wait not knowing if we are still going on holiday or not. The worst part is we paid so much of money for the accomodation and also hired a trailer and caravelle which can not be returned. This should not be our problem, SafariNow need to deal with this and arrange proper accomodation similar to the one we paid for, if the accomodation is more expensive they should be liable for the extra cost.
What if we was coming from oversease, what would they of did then. Because we are locals, they taking advantage. We will never use SafariNow again.
