Unpaid Bills - Membership No 076897550

I received accounts from Pathcare and Dr van Rensburg and Partners in respect of unpaid accounts, 90 days in arrears. They are threatening me with legal action. According to them the accounts were sent to Discovery. Why must I receive threats if my memebership is paid EVEY month on time?
