This has now happened twice that I receive threatening sms's from Lancet about unpaid accounts that I did not know about as I never received any statements from them. Upon phoning them, they had my address as the one that changed 7 years ago. When you complete the form, you indicate your address details. To threaten someone with legal action while the mistake is on your side is unacceptable. Also, if you can send the sms to my cell phone, you have my number - phone me and find out why the account has not been paid.
