My family & I spent a week here in December 2013. We booked via the internet because of it's 5-Star rating. The rooms were really lovely & spacious but the little kitchenette was infested with cockroaches (probably because the maids do not clean properly). A piece of cereal dropped by my kids lay on the floor for three days! Then at checkout, we were billed for stuff that we did not use & stuff that we didn't know about. When I queried it, I was told that they would look into it & get back to me. I waited two weeks & received no response, even after I sent an e-mail, making further enquiries. Up to date, I have still not received any feedback from these people & I would not recommend this place to anyone! That is just bad service! I wonder who gave them a 5-Star rating!!!?
