What a circus:
I just spoke to a lady by the name of Teresa who refused to give me her surname and told me that she will speak to her Team Leader, what a looser. Firstly, she spoke to me like I'm one of her buddies - which I am not; she then puts me on hold without letting me know. She put me on hold to read some information and after all this she tells me absolutely nothing. What a waste of my money and time. I have listened to the call and you should just hear how she speaks to me, I am actually shocked by the manner this spoke to me.
