On Friday 1/2/2013 was my husband and my wedding anniversary. I called the Peermont booking line to book for the "Perfect date: package. I was advised that I could not use my winners circle points to book and I was transferred to the Winners circle helpdesk. I spoke to a gentleman who advised me that I can book for the perfect date package but when making the booking a must say that it is a cash booking. He advised that before I check in I must go to the casino and pick up the voucher for payment.

When I got to the Winners circle rewards desks, the lady that assisted had no idea what I was referring to. She called the hotel and they could not trace my booking. She really tried haerd to assist. Afeter a while (about 30mins) they found my booking but advised that I could not use the points for the "perfect date" package. I had to pay for the room seperately and dinner seperately. We were so disappointed that we just agreed to everything... just in an effort not to spoin our anniversary. However I was deeply troubled by the bad service.
