No Booking Record, Broken Furniture

We made a booking on Tuesday 26/03/2013 the lady that took the booking told us that we will sit in the wine cellar because we ask her for a nice table for our anniversary.
On Thursday 28/03/2013 the date the booking was made for at 19:15 my husband phoned Blu Saffron to tell them we will run a bit late the man that answered told him its fine.
We arrived at 19:30 a waiter helped us at the door and we did not find any booking for us on the book, he then took us through to a table by the wine cellar and we sit down my chair felt unbalance I looked at the chair then I saw the leg was broken we decided to leave. The manager did not even over to sort it out he just said sorry.
Very disgusted and disappointed!
