I have been trying to book on line for one of your packages at the hotel. i have tried from two different internets and both give me an error. i then sent an e-mail to emperors for assistance in this matter. i then received and e-mail asking which package, which hotel and the dates i want to book for from Latoya Kleinhans and Anna-Lize Scully, i replied with all the information required to receive and e-mail stating that you can only book on line for that package!!!
What part dont you understand that there seems to be an error on your website and i would require some sort of other assistance in booking???
Your urgent attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
