Group on advertised a package at Botse Botse for R2900 for a couple for a weekend. It had an expiry date to do your booking. I paid immediately and tried to book at Botse Botse before the expiry date. I was told that it is already fully booked but the offer has been extended till end Feb 2013. i tried to book again at a later stage but was again been told that it has been fully booked. After several emails I was told that I will be refunded, it still hasn't happened, albeit the fact that I inquired about this via e-mail - no response. One should be very careful when booking accommodation with Group On as their offers don't realize. it seems that they get limited booking space but accept hundreds of payments for a specific booking that cannot be accommodated by the hotel/resort. Can't help to wonder what interest Group On earns for monies paid to them that's not been utilized to pay the "supplier" I think Group On is nothing other than a "sophisticated pyramid scheme"
