I had booked for accomodation on the 18th December 2013 via [URL Removed] website. On the 19th December 2013 my account was debited with R1750. On that same day I decided to cancel the booking as I did not want to pay that early for a trip that was only going to take place in 28 March 2014. I callled their offices the same day I made the cancellation, 19 December 2013, I was told that it will be sorted out on the 23 December 2013 once the funds appear on the company's account. My details were taken and the gentleman that was to assist with the refund said he will call to give me feedback but nothing has happened since then.
Each and everytime I call I am given the same line "will have a look into your account, and will call you back in 5 minutes", its been 3 weeks now and still no answer and the money has not been paid back to my account.
Their customer service to say the least. It was easy to take the money but now its difficult to give a refund. I just want my money thats all.
