Waiting too long for a refund

In November I applied for holiday skip a payment on my home loans account. Agreement was that our HR will continue to deduct the R4 400 monthly instalment. Then Home loans will also deduct R1 300 from my account but credit back the R4 400-00. In December it went smooth, on the 13 December 2013 HR deducted R4 400 and Home loans deducted their amount as agreed. on the 20 December 2013, the R4 400-00 was credited back into my account without any problems. I have a problem now in January, R4 400 was deducted on the 15/01/2014 until today 28/01/2014 no refund has been done. According to the system, they are waiting for Cheslin who is supposed to authorise. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now. I am so frustrated as the purpose of the money doesn't save it. It is really frustrating and draining having to call Standard Bank all the time and repeat your frustration. Reference number 56893347.
