I just wanted to give you my feedback regarding my family's recent shortened stay at Ingwe Luxury Tented Bush Camp. I made a booking for 4 nights and could only stay 1 due to:
- No proper electricity, apart from a trailer with car batteries and an inverter to power the lights.
- Only able to use a cell phone charger, nowhere on their website does it state this.
- The lights went out a number of times for a random amount of time
- Wiring in the tent was dodgy
- Constant smell of gas from the geyser
- Holes in netting & tent so plenty mozzies and spiders
- Holes in bed linen and blankets
- Shower was leaking non stop
- Toilet didnt flush properly
- Couldn't lock any doors properly as there was no keys etc, therefore very unsecure
- Website very misleading
We ended up only being able to survive the one night, the very next morning we left at 8am sharp. I notified Cliff and told him my complaint only for him to not respond to the above. A few days later I got a bit of a refund for the remaining nights, but not what was owing to me for the false advertising.
This place is shoddy and run down, don't go there it's a total ripp off and waste of time. Do not recommend this to my enemies
