Refusing to upgrade to diamond status

Sometime in 2012, the vitality system on my status was saying 'congratulations your going to diamong status' meaning in 2013... then come 2013 I was still on gold, and not diamond as their congratulatory message was saying. I lodged complaints, and eventually I was told it was a system error, as I had a break in my gold status in 2008. I was then told that I will definitely be on diamond status this year (2014). And indeed in october 2013 I saved a screenshot that said again 'congratulations your going to diamond status next year 2014)... This week I querried that why I was still on gold status despite having been on gold 3years in a row. I even called in and the consultant said he could see on the screen that I should be on diamond. Yet on email they are refusing that I should be on diamond status.
