Late last year (2012) I logged a call to discovery to follow up on my Vitality status as it was reflecting the following:
Congratulations! Next year you'll be on Diamond status on their website.
At the beginning of 2013 i logged a call as I was still on gold status and the call centre agent investigated and advised that there was a break in my status (was not always on gold for 3 consecutive years) which I gracefully excepted.
On the website again it reflects that I will be on diamond status next year but after speaking to one of the consultants this will not be case because I did not maintaint he GOLD STATUS for 3 consecutive years.
I think that I have given Discovery enough time to correct the problem and I do expect the "Diamond status" in 2014 as displayed on your site. I am tired of the exuses and lack of adequte feedback.
Can we trust anything on your website. Are my statements, claims, etc correct.?
