I have written a complaint to this site, the discovery site, their compliance department, and still, despite, a written response by them here that they will contact me within '48hrs', its been a week now and they stil have not contacted me.
my complaint is that i have been on Gold status for 4years now, and they still refuse to put me on Diamond status, despite this being one of the conditions with them, i have even sent them a screen shot of their own system congratulating me on being on diamond status this year, they refuse. at beginning 2013 i did the same by demanding to be put on diamond as per their own system congratulating me on diamond status in 2012 for 2013.
