Refusal to honour Diamond status for 2013

Hi Peter. So I've given feedback on the report I wrote last week. This week I am writing a new report as I was told by Simphiwe on Fri that the Vitality membership department refuses to honour my Diamond status for 2013 based on my status on 2011??? If they had done a proper investigation they would have seen that the issue was resolved by Sipho Matle as the error in 2011 like now in 2013 rests with Discovery. My question to Simphiwe was, what has an issue resolved in 2011 have to do with a query emanating from 2012 where for 365 days I was reminded that if I maintained my Gold status for 2012, I would remain on Diamond status in 2013. I have met all the criteria and then some so Discovery, what has 2011 have to do with a 2012 query for 2013? This is affecting my travel benefits. Your advertising is misleading and and totally contravenes all the protection afforded to a client under the CPA. I am not going to let this rest Peter and I do not hold Simphiwe accountable as he is inheriting a history that should not even be an issue now. I look forward to Discovery speedy resolution of this issue and hope to avoid this unpleasantness going forward. I have met their criteria.
