20 Dec 2013, I went to Clicks Edenmeadow to do vitals. Chol, Gluc, Hyp, Wt & HIV. 2 days later my vitality points were updated with 10000 pts. This was everything except 5000 for the HIV (VCT). I called Discovery to query & I was promised a follow up & given a ref [3134731867]. seeing nothing was happening I called again & quoted the ref. The person assisting said nothing had been done & on explaining suggested I get proof from the chemist. I could not find an invoice but sent my medical aid statement showing the transaction cause Medihelp paid for the VCT. Discovery then said that was insufficient. The Sister at the chemist said if she sent proof via the system it will reflect as if it was 2014. Eventually she retrieved the full CONFIDENTIAL report on pdf & I e-mailed it to Discovery. A few days later I received an email that only speaks to the points already reflecting but not the VCT. Each time I call I am given a new ref & asked how much I payed. I payed R238, R135 of which was paid by my med aid. 3148306642, 3145989236 are all refs given others via email. I was 1200 short to maintain my Gold status now I am down to silver. What more do they want really!!
