My Son had an appointment with Dr de Jager, saw him and paid. She was called a week later and asked to do a follow up app, which they deny (Check the docs doc!) My Wife declined the app saying my Son was well and did NOT need to see him again. They stated that it WAS A FOLLOW UP WITH NO CHARGE! She went, and asked at reception what we owe, AGAIN, she was told ZERO! They then summarily handed my Wife to their lawyers for Black listing! I have mailed them, called them 10 times yet still they action nothing! They are a complete. I am disgusted that the Medical fraternity behaves in such an abhorrent manner. The "Practice Manager" is clearly incapable, her name is Joanette Fourie. They did inform me that my Wife actually signed and agreed to pay for this! WHERE IS YOUR PROOF? This De Jager wont even come to the phone... They even had the gore to state that the Hospital "cannot make decisions for them.. Try calling them for yourselves. They are a complete! To make matters EVEN WORSE, WE HAVE PAID THEM ANYWAY. Dont deal with Dr Disgusting and the forty something...
