Discovery penalises you for adding a dependant

Last year I was on gold status for my 3rd year running thus should be on Diamond this year (Accumulated 53 000 points last year).
My Husband has been on diamond status for 2 years now and accumulated about (43 000 points last year).

I joined my Husbund's medical aid as of the 1st of January 2013, and now we have both been reduced to silver status.

It is of vital importance that we get placed back on diamond as live insurance premiums and other factors depend on our respective statuses.

After at least 5 phone calls from both my husband and myself no one can assist and our calls are now not being returned (They managed to after the first 3 calls increase us from bronse to silver which is not even close)

In our last comunication we were told that we were both duplicated on the system and this need to be rectified. That was about a week ago now and NOTHING.

ALL I REQUIRE IS TO BE PLACED BACK ON THE STATUSES THAT WE ARE SUPOSE TO BE ON AS INDIVIDUALS!!!
