Happy to be moving to another medical aid

After the pathetic service happy to be moving..
Discovery said to me that If I choose to move to my wife's medical aid, my savings would be paid into my bank account in 4 months time, provided that my wife is the principal member. I was to send a copy of my wife's membership certificate stating/ proving that she is the principal member, with my banking details to confirm transfer. That was done a week ago. then last week, we were told that due to government legislation Discovery cannot transfer the funds into my account. after numerous calls - back and forth and each call centre agent telling me a different story, some would say yes you are allowed to transfer your savings into your account and others would say you not. Surely all the call centre agents under discovery actually work for discovery! Secondly if it was Government legislation, why is it only applicable for Discovery???
