I have been communicating with discovery health from the 8th May via email, I have resigned from a company I was working for but I wanted to continue with the medical aid. They requested that I pay and provide proof of res, proof of payment, bank statement and emailed back the continuation form but every time I send them a mail to activate my medical aid they will ask for the same documents I have provided already, no one is calling me or emailing feedback... the service is poo
