Once again my statement has been proven nobody knows how to help a client/customer/member.
I am trying to join Medihelp medical scheme but are at this moment in time very negative.
I wanted to make my joining date today but was told I can not they only work with joining dates of the 1st of each month after asking the service consultant if I am prepared to pay the fees for January why can my membership not be activated, I was informed that the rules have changed but she can not tell me where on their website they have announced it.
How pathetic.
