LYING MANAGMENT Took R900 from my bank

We went into the gym just to get prices. We wanted to know how much it would cost us per month if we were on Vitality. We explained we would not be joining there and then as we were not yet on Vitality.

They begged us to join and we kwpt saying no. Eventually the final offer was put out there by the manager SHAHIED ADAMS that as they were SO DESPERATE for members they would let us sign up for free if we did it there and then.
There would be no membership card fees, no joining fee and no transfer fee to become a Vitality member once our Vitality was sorted out.
It was agreed that we would pay ZERO, except our vitality rate of R85 each per month.

So a few days later a charge of R858 was taken from my account. When i spoke to them they said that is what we agreed to and continued lying to me. I've managed to get my money back but SHAHIED ADAMS is now not responding to any of my emails asking for confirmation that our membership has been cancelled.

What a low life he is. If the only way you can make a sale is through lying, maybe you shouldnt be in sales!
Absolutley disgusting service.

I urge anyone thinking about joining, not to have anything to do with these lyers!
