I am highly disappointed in the level of service I have received from Mirrie on livechat this morning. I have always highly recommended [URL Removed] to my friends and have placed some orders myself - however, after my disappointing interaction with Mirrie this morning (I was about to by a gift voucher for a friend who is having a birthday), I have decided to make use of another online wine ordering site to buy the voucher. So so sad to start the New Year off this way
