Good day, There was a problem with Resolution's system and they removed me from the
medical aid without my notice. For more than a month I have been struggling to get myself back on the
system and I spoke to numerous personnel including personnel who told
me they don't have time to sort my problems they are leaving for the
day. Unfortunately I didn't get all the names and reverence numbers for all my calls.
In one of my calls (reverence numbers and names will follow on the
end) I asked the lady what amount will go off the end of the month and
she told me it will be R2662 the first of February. I did ask her more
than once will that be the amount and what about the months thy did
not deduct any money and she told me they won't deduct more money than
R2662 due to the fact that I didn't had medical cover. None of the people came back to me!! Then I decided to launch complains on hello peter and eventually my membership was active again. To my shock and embarrassment when I went to to town (at the till) they said there was an insufficient fund in my account. When I got home and got a statement I saw that they have deducted R5043!!
