On da 7th of Jan 2013 I went 2 Torga 4 new specs. I was not happy with their frames I told them dat I will bring my old frame. Da following day I took da frame them. On the 21th of Jan I received to smses saying I should go drop da frame which I had already dropped & da 2nd 1 which said my specs were ready 4 collection. On Friday 25 Jan I went 2 collected my specs & waited 4 30 minutes as dey couldn't find them. I then said 2 da lady dat was assisitng me dat I will come back shortly. After 10 min I went back a& there was nothing & da lady said she will look 4 them as their systems showed dat smses were sent indicating dat my specs were ready. On Saturday the 26th Jan morning I went back 2 Torga & waited another 45 minutes after which I was told dat my spec were still at da lab. I then indicated 2 Fifi that there was no way that I going to come back there again so they should make a plan of delivering my specs at work which she agreed 2. On the 29th Jan I called checking when were they delivering & Fifi told me that her car broke down & there was no way she was going to deliver them & said I should call her boss 2 make tell him & I refused as it was her job & not mine.
