I have been paying my medical aid via EFT for the past 6 months and all of a sudden Resolution debit my bank account without my permission. I paid the membership on the 25th of each month and then on the 1st of November my account got debited without my permission.
I have been struggling from the 5th of November to get my money refunded. I am getting no joy from the consultant handling my account on when I can expect my refund. I should also not wait till the end of the month as my account was paid and they had no right to debit me. In the mean time I am sitting with money that I can not get interest on as it is in Resolutions bank account and not mine.
I am disgusted with the way they handle clients and the fact they debit my account without my permission and now I have to wait to get my money back, Then the amount debited isn't even the membership amount and no one can explain how or why this happenend!!!
