STILL NO COMMUNICATION

I have actually had it with Fedhealth and their lack of communication with their customers! you guys have completely taken the food out of my mouth this month because of your stuff up and my banking details and now i have a R90 bouncing fee because the acc details were wrong. Then to be told on the phone by the snotty lady i spoke to that your credit department DOES NOT email people they only call them how ever NOT ONE PERSON CALLED ME! I had to put in a call back request and then they only tried to call me on the 27th. My acc was suspended and because the flippen email is so vague I was under the impression that i was not covered at all for the past month and then i get double debited and told i actually was covered. I am sorry i am so over dealing with you people and your incompetent call centre. The only reason i have not reversed any of the debits from you is because my mother begged me to leave it because she wants me covered in case. I am in the process of looking for a new medical aid as i really could not be bothered with a company thats more concerned about their money than customers. Please can someone senior call me I do not want to deal with the call centre again.
