I changed to FNB bank, and notified Fedhealth. I got an email from them stating that my new FNB account would be debited. So I moved the money to there.
Well they debited my old Nedbank account, costing me a R90 fee, and I have tried to contact them, and only receive automated responses.
This morning I get an email stating that my benefits have been suspended.
Now I am not covered if I am im an accident? For doing what THEY told me to do.
This is absolutely terrible service and I am going to change my medical scheme if I am not refunded in full for all costs incurred by this.
Shocking.
