I recieved a rather disturbing email from Debbie Hendriks, where she responds to me about my medical aid status, however at the bottom of the email, she is discussing me in a very unprofessional and impolite manner with a lady from my previous employer, I really need to speak to a manger at a much higher level in Debbie Hendriks department, because if this is how Fedhealth treats and discusses their customers, than I would rather give my business to Discovery or momentum, or any of the other competitors, because I am sure Discovery prides themselves in the way they treat their customers, I am really shocked at this email, I am even more disgusted, can someone senior please call me so that I can foward this email to them and discuss, because at this stage, I am really considering to cancel my medical aid with Fedhealth.
